Verkar som ett mission impossible... men så hittade jag ett recept på ugnspannkaka på </span><span class="s2" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: UICTFontTextStyleEmphasizedBody; font-size: 17px; font-weight: bold;">Fredriks Fika </span><span class="s1" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: UICTFontTextStyleBody; font-size: 17px;">som jag provade igår och det visade sig vara en vinstlott! Visst sjunker den ihop lite efter att man tagit ut den, men den är ändå hög och fluffig som en sufflé. </span></span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial;">Skillnaden från hans recept är att jag gjorde en fläskpannkaka och använde havremjölk. Vi undviker dessutom sojaprodukter och då är det extra svårt. I det här receptet ska det egentligen vara med 1 dl ost. Jag valde att använda Oatlys typ av mjukost "Påmackan" med smak av vitlök och gurka. Det var det bästa alternativet jag kunde komma på, och det funkade bra. Biffar är perfekt "matlådemat" så det gör inget alls om det blir ett gäng över. Idag gjorde jag vegetariska biffar med bland annat kikärtor. När det gäller kikärtor så blir det bäst resultat om man använder torkade som först får ligga i vatten 12-15 timmar för att mjukna. De på tetra är för mjuka och det blir svårt att få biffarna att hålla ihop, vilket jag bistert fått erfara.</span></div>
